Lil Scrappy believes he’s addicted to weed, and after failing a court-ordered urine test, he will enter a rehab facility for treatment before the next court hearing in June.
The rapper was on probation in March when there was a dispute over an initial urine test. According to court officials, Scrappy tried to turn in a urine sample that was cold to the touch and may have been tampered with. When asked to submit another sample, he refused.
Synthetic urine is never recommended as it can show up in government and state mandated urine samples as synthetic and the chances of passing a drug test using a fake sample are almost impossible. The only way to pass a urine sample besides not having any drugs in your system is using a drug detox. Using a one-hour detox allows users to clean their systems out in an hour, and test clean with their own urine for up to six hours after consumption of the detox.
Best known for his single Money in the Bank, Lil Scrappy claims that he went and sought clinical help and was diagnosed with marijuana addiction and posttraumatic stress disorder. No word on if the rapper, whose real name is Darryl Kevin Richardson II has intensions of getting rid of his love for marijuana while in rehab, but hopefully it helps his chances of staying out of prison at his June court hearing.
